摘要
在线信誉是影响电子商务发展的重要环节,对其进行有效的评价,可以加强电子商务交易买卖双方彼此的信用情况,促进在线交易次数增长。从在线交易过程中的行为因素分析入手,针对在线信誉评价的现状,将其影响因素整合成统一的系统,通过行为系统的因果关系图、流图进行描述,探索行为系统下在线信誉整体与局部的关系及系统内部各要素的相互作用,进而找出因果链与反馈回路。提出了加强第三方网站建设、规范买卖双方评价行为等对策,来促进行为系统下在线信誉的提升。
One important part that affects the development of electronic commerce is online reputation,an effective evaluation of which may promote the reputation of both the buyer and the seller of electronic commerce and increase the number of online transactions.Based on an analysis of behavior factors in the process of online transactions and the current situations of online reputation evaluation,this paper attempts to put the influencing factors into an integrated system,give a detailed description by using the cause-effect diagrams and flow charts of the behavior system,and explore the whole-part relation of online reputation as well as the interactions of different factors within the behavior system so as to locate the causal chain and feedback circuit.It is proposed that such countermeasures as strengthening the construction of third-party websites and regulating the evaluation behaviors of buyers and sellers so that online reputation under the behavior system might be enhanced.
