摘要
新乡历史悠久,具有丰富的历史文化资源,这些历史文化资源具有极高的历史价值,对今天的经济建设和发展也有极强的促进作用。文章分析了新乡在对这些历史文化资源的开发和利用中存在着开发过度、保护不足、缺乏规划等问题;提出了必须充分发挥政府的主导作用,对历史文化资源进行合理的规划和整合,加大宣传,深入研究,在保护的基础上进行合理的开发和利用等对策建议。
Xinxiang has a long history and splendid civilization;there are a lot of resources of historical culture. These historical and cultural resources have a very high historical value, which has a strong role in promoting today＇ s economic construction and development. This article analyzed some problems existing in the development and utili-zing these historical and cultural resources, such as over - exploitation and inadequate protection, lack of planning and so on. The article put forward that the government must play a leading role in proper planning and integration Of the historical and cultural resources. Then, it should increase publicity, study deeply, and develop and utilize ration-ally on the basis of protection.
