The Impact of Different Doses of Imaging Agents on the Bone Scan Image Quality

摘要 目的 近两年来全球出现MO-TC 发生器供应紧张,造成核医学用药短缺,本研究意在探讨不同剂量的骨显像剂对核素骨扫描图像质量的影响.方法 将我院在2010 年1 月至2010 年12 月共100 例骨扫描患者,在进行骨扫描时注射不同剂量的显像剂后进行骨显像,分析图像的质量.设备为美国GE 公司单探头MPR 型SPECT,准直器为低能高分辨,采集速度为10cm/min,矩阵为256×1024.结果 7~16mci 之间的显像剂量均可以做出符合要求的核素骨扫描图像.结论 根据患者的体质量、年龄等实际情况确定注射剂量,也可以得到满意的骨扫描图像. Objective In the past two years, MO-TC generator supply has been in short supply in the world, resulting in a shortage of nuclear medicine medication. This study is intended to explore the impact of different doses of bone imaging agents for radionuclide bone scan image quality. Method Inject different doses of bone imaging agents to 100 patients who have received treatment in our hospital during January and December, 2010, analyze quality of the images by using single-probe MPR-type SPECT, produced by GE, whose collimator is of low energy and high resolution, whose acquisition speed is 10cm/min and matrix is 256~ 1024. Results The amount between 7mci and 16mci can help form the required radionuclide bone scan images. Conclusion If the amount of bone imaging agent are given based on such factors as the patient's weight and age, we can also get the required bone scan ~mages. Low-dose imaging agents can make the required bone scan images.
