服务的六维度因素影响女性消费者网络购买决策 被引量:3

摘要 崭新的网络购物方式影响并改变着人们的生活,本文重点从服务质量的产品保证、价格优势、网购的安全性、网站的设计特色、配送服务及售后服务六个维度,来对女性消费者的网络购物决策进行研究,分析存在的问题之上,总结出女性消费者网上购物消费决策特征,由此对网络营销策划提出策略和建议。
