摘要
目的分析造血干细胞亲缘供者在健康教育前后的情况,研究健康教育对造血干细胞亲缘供者的重要性,为临床护理提供依据。方法选择48例造血干细胞采集的亲缘供者为研究对象,对其进行相关知识健康教育,比较健康教育前后亲缘供者的健康知识认知度和心理状况。结果亲缘供者健康教育后的知识认知度较健康教育前提高(P<0.05),焦虑水平较健康教育前下降(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可以提高造血干细胞亲缘供者的健康知识水平,改善其心理健康水平。
Objective To analyze the status of hematopoietic stem cell collection in related donors before and after health education and to provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods Forty-eight cases of hematopoietic stem cell collection in related donors were selected and received health education on related knowledge. The psychological status of the patients was compared before and after health education. Results Health knowledge of related donors was increased after health education (P〈0.05) ;the level of anxiety was decreased after health education(P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education can improve the health knowledge and the mental health of related donors.
