自体造血干细胞移植治疗T细胞淋巴瘤的护理

摘要 目的探讨自体造血干细胞移植治疗T细胞淋巴瘤的护理方法。方法我科对22例T细胞淋巴瘤患者实施自体外周血造血干细胞移植,为此,我们开展全环境保护隔离、干细胞移植护理。结果 22例患者全部移植成功,均未发生严重感染。结论 T细胞淋巴瘤患者行自体外周血造血干细胞移植过程中,层流病房全环境保护是移植成功的关键。通过针对移植前的干预、移植后并发症的预防和护理,提高移植的成功率。
