摘要
自20世纪90年代以来,公有经济在整个国民经济中的比重出现了持续、迅速和大幅度的下滑,公有经济的主体地位已经受到威胁。因此,有必要对目前我国"公有经济为主体、国有经济为主导"的状况进行科学准确地判断,有必要从可比性、准确性和全面性三个方面对公有经济的主体地位做进一步研究。这有利于我们清晰而准确地掌握我国公有经济发展的现状,以采取切实有效的政策措施鼓励和支持公有经济,特别是国有经济高速而健康的发展。这是坚持和完善社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的必由之路。
Since 1990s,the portion of state owned sector in the economy keeps decreasing dramatically,the dominant position of state owned sector is threatened.It is necessary to evaluate our country’s condition of‘state ownership economy as the main part,state owned sector dominates the economy’.By doing so,we could master current state of development of our country’s state ownership economy clearly and precisely,encourage state ownership economy especially the state owned sector to develop in a fast and healthy way.This is vital for persisting in and perfecting basic economic system in the primitive stage of socialism.
