Ultrasound guided multiple-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for complex renal calculi

摘要 目的评估超声引导多通道微创经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石的方法及效果。方法对46例接受超声引导微创多通道PCNL的患者进行回顾性分析。其中鹿角型肾结石8例,多发性肾结石38例。部分残留结石行二期或三期手术取石。结果双通道取石40例,三通道6例;一期取净率76.1%,总结石取尽率为95.6%;一期手术平均手术时间1.8h。手术平均出血量240ml。结论超声引导多通道PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石安全、有效。 Objective To evaluate the method and effect of ultrasound guided multiple-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for complex renal calculi. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients who underwent ultrasound guided multiple-channel minimally invasive pereutaneous nephrolithotomy were reviewed, including 38 cases with multiple renal stones and 8 cases with staghorn calculi. Results Forty cases were established two channels, and 6 cases were established three channels. The stone clearance rate in stage I was 76.1%, and the total clearance rate was 95.6%. The average opera- tion time in stage I was 1.8 h, and the average volume of blood loss was 240 ml. Conclusions Ultrasound guided minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy via poly-channels is a safe and effective way to treat complex renal calculi.
