摘要
总结69例多通道微创经皮肾镜取石术后及术后并发症的护理经验.探讨了微创经皮肾镜下治疗肾结石术后护理.结果显示,63例行1次PCNL,6例行2次PCNL,1例行2次PCNL后仍有残留结石,经体外冲击波碎石后全部清除结石.术后发生并发症6例,其中出血1例、尿外渗2例、感染性休克1例、双J管移位或脱落2例.通过引流、抗感染、止血等对症处理、医护患积极配合,能有效减少术后并发症,减少病人住院天数.
Our objective was to study the nursing experiences in treating medical complications with multiple channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL）.69 patients with kidney calculi were investigated.The results showed that 63 patients were treated with one-stage PCNL,6 patients with two-stage PCNL.Only 1 patient has residual stones after two-stage PCNL,all of them removed by using extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.After the operation,6 patients had medical complications,including one case of bleeding,2 cases of urinary extravasation,one case of septicshock and 2 cases of displacement or drop of double-J stents.Nursing experiences showed that they should have more observations,and take detailed notes down,do cleaning work well,and treat the patients with proper conduction,anti-infection and stypsis.All these doings can reduce medical complications,shorten the days in the hospital and help the patients to recover earlier.
