摘要
该文利用2002~2010年中分辨率成像光谱仪MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiome-ter)250m地表反射率8天合成产品计算出归一化植被指数NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index)时间序列数据,采用Logistic模型拟合时序NDVI曲线提取了丹江口库区生长始期和生长末期两个关键物候参数,以此获取了丹江口库区的物候空间格局。研究表明丹江口库区大部分地区生长始期为3月上旬至4月上旬,生长末期为11月中旬至12月下旬。库区南部生长始期最早,约3月中上旬,生长末期最晚,约12月中下旬;东北部生长始期最晚,约3月下旬、4月上旬,生长末期最早,约11月中下旬;西部生长始期和末期均介于南部和东北部之间,分别为3月中下旬和12月中上旬。丹江库区物候资料缺乏,该研究估算的物候期对于丹江口库区的进一步科学研究以及农业生产具有一定的指导作用。
This paper described the application of time series MODIS ( Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradi- ometer) NDVI (The Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) data for phonological pattern in Danjiangkou reservoir area. The time series data of 250m MODIS NDVI were inferred from MODIS surface reflectance datasets, from the year of 2002 to 2010. The key parameters of phenology, time for the start of the season and the end of the season were extracted from the Logistic model, which can fit the NDVI curves well and indicate the spatial pattern of phenology. The results showed that plants put forth new growth from early March to early April and ceased to grow from middle November to late December in most of Danjiangkou reservoir area. The derived phenophases from MODIS NDVI data would be helpful for agricultural production and further research of Danjiangkou reservoir area.
