筛选封孔液主盐及辅助成分,以正交试验法优化铝阳极氧化膜中温无氟封孔剂的配方及工艺。该封孔剂工艺配方独特,封孔质量好,槽液易于管理,经济效益显著。
The main salt and auxiliary components used as sealing agent for anodic oxida- tion pores have been chosen. The formula of medium temperature sealing agent used for alu- minum anodic oxidation and technology have been optimized using orthogonal testing meth-od. The sealing agent is made by excellent formula and being used with unique technology, the sealing quality is good, the agent tank is easy managed, so the production benefits are re-markable.
