铝锂合金酒石酸-硫酸阳极氧化膜的低能耗封闭处理研究 被引量:12

Low Energy-Consumption Sealing Treatment Study of Tartaric-Sulphuric Acid Anodic Film on Aluminum-Lithium Alloy

摘要 对AA2055铝锂合金进行酒石酸-硫酸阳极氧化(TSA),并对氧化膜进行不同的封闭处理。通过扫描电子显微技术(SEM)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)及动电位极化(PP),分别探究了不同时间的热水封闭处理(HWS)以及不同温度的Li盐封闭处理对阳极氧化膜形貌及耐蚀性能的影响,并对2种封闭处理耐蚀性能的优劣进行对比评价。研究结果表明:经过HWS后氧化膜的耐蚀性能有所提升,但缩短封闭时间无法保证其耐蚀性能不受损害;当Li盐封闭处理温度为50℃时能获得良好的封闭效果,封闭温度比HWS更低且耐蚀性能更优异。 AA2055 Aluminum-Lithium alloy was anodized in tartaric-sulfuric acid solution,and the anodic film formed on alloy was sealed by different methods. Morphology and corrosion resistance of anodic film after sealed by hot-water sealing( HWS) with different times and Li-salt sealing in different temperature were investigated by scanning electron microscope( SEM),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization( PP). The corrosion resistance of two kinds of sealing was also compared and evaluated. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the anodic film was improved after HWS,however,shortening the sealing time was not an advisable method. Li-salt sealing at lower preparation temperature( 50 ℃) could obtain a remarkable effect and better corrosion resistance than HWS.
