摘要
基于功率晶体管BLF6G21-10,采用负载牵引的大信号方法,实现了一种应用于TD-SCDMA基站系统的功率放大器。仿真和测试结果表明,设计的功放完全满足高效率、高线性度的指标要求。同时,通过一个稳压管将ZXCT1009应用于集电极+24V的电流检测,不仅为功放的正常工作提供了保证,还大大降低了检测成本。经多次试验验证,该功放具有良好的稳定性和很高的可复制性,可以很好地应用于TD-SCDMA系统。
A power amplifier for TD-SCDMA base station system was designed by using large signal load traction based on power transistor BLF6G21-]0. Both simulation and test results showed that the proposed amplifier satisfied the requirements of high efficiency and high linearity. Meanwhile, a regulating transistor was connected in series to ZXCT1009 for +24 V collector current detection, which ensured proper function of the power amplifier and greatly reduced detection cost. Repeated experiments demonstrated that the proposed power amplifier had good stability and high repeatability. The power amplifier is applicable for TD-SCDMA system.
