Kanban-management is one of the main tools of JIT, and direct Kanban-Supply is one of the appication in supplychan. Ths paper expounds the principle of dimet Kanban-Supply, and provides a quantitative analysis of a successful case in Dongfeng-Citroen Automobile Company Ltd. It also fomeasts the development and the benefit this model of supply will bring in auto-manufacturer and explores the ways to transfer JIT technique to real productive forces.
