摘要
建立了钛胶反相高效液相色谱法测定饮料中酸味剂柠檬酸含量的快速检测方法。色谱条件:分离柱为Titania Sachtopore-RP柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水∶甲醇=60∶40(v/v)、流动相中含磷酸盐3mmol/L,流速0.8mL/min,柱温60℃,检测波长210nm。线性范围为0.02mg/mL^8.0mg/mL,检出限2.4μg/mL(3σ),回收率为92.79%~99.30%,RSD(n=8)<0.72%。准确度和精密度均可满足饮料中柠檬酸的测定要求。
A rapid method for the determination of sour additive,citric acid in beverage by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography on titania was developed.The chromatographic conditions were as follows: a Titania Sachtopore-RP column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) as a separation column,a mixture of water and methanol at a volume ratio of 60 to 40 containing 3mmol/L phosphate as mobile phase,flow rate of 0.8ml/min,column temperature 60℃,and the detection wavelength 210nm.The linear range of the method was 0.02mg/ml^8.0mg/ml with a detection limit of 2.4μg/ml(3σ).The recoveries were between 92.79% and 99.30%.RSD(n=8) was less than 0.72%.The accuracy and precision of the proposed method could satisfy the request for determination of citric acid in beverage samples.
