人工免疫网络在数控机床故障诊断中的应用

摘要 分析了生物免疫系统的免疫调节机制,在此基础上讨论采用人工免疫网络模型进行机床故障诊断的可行性。将该模型用于滚动轴承故障诊断实验,并将实验结果与传统BP神经网络进行了对比分析,验证了算法的有效性。 This paper presents a new model for fault diagnosis of CNC machine. The model synthesizes the structure of the neural network and the scheme of the artificial immune regulation (AIR). The numerical experiments in fault diagnosis of a tapered roller bearing are performed. The results demonstrate that the method is simple and effective through comparing with BP neural network.
