摘要
学术期刊编辑初审论文的创新性是稿件初审中的一项重要工作,也是稿件初审时难度较大的一项工作。本文提出了根据论文的前置部分、主体部分和参考文献等内容提供的信息初审论文创新性的方法。实践表明,该方法是一种行之有效的论文创新性初审方法。
Evaluation of the innovativeness of a manuscript is an important and also the most difficult part of internal review by an academic journal editor to find out whether the manuscript is worth going into peer-review process. This paper describes the methods to detect innovative work using the information provided in different parts of a manuscript including the front part, main text, and reference list. These methods are derived from the internal review practice by editors of Chongqing University journals, which have been proven to be very effective.
