摘要
目的探讨一次性根充治疗牙髓炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法将牙髓炎患者200例按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组各100例,两组都采用奥丹牙科超声综合治疗器治疗。其中,治疗组采用一次性根充治疗术,对照组采用多次法根充治疗术。结果治疗组的有效率为100.0%,对照组有效率为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率分别为15.0%和16.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一次性根充治疗牙髓炎可提高治疗有效率,同时不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of a one-time root canal treatment for pulpitis. Methods Two hundred cases of pulpitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and there were one hundred cases in each group. Accorded to the ordered of treatment, the treatment group were used a one-time root canal therapy, and the control group were given repeatedly root canal therapy. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0%, and it was 80.0% in the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. The two sets of adverse reaction rates were 15.0% and 16.0%, and the difference was not significant（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion One-time root canal treatment of pulpitis can improve treatment success rates, while reduce adverse reactions, it should be application and dissemination widely.
