摘要
目的:观察高频电刀的电灼作用对残髓炎的治疗效果,为临床残髓炎的治疗提供有效措施。方法:将180例残髓炎患者随机分成2组,每组90人,实验组使用高频电刀电灼使根管内残髓失活,再重新牙髓塑化治疗,对照组为常规治疗组。结果:实验组痊愈率92.2%,有效率7.78%,无效率0,对照组痊愈率64.4%,有效率24.4%,无效率11.1%,2组疗效有高度显著性差异。结论:高频电刀用于残髓炎治疗能取得明显效果。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of electrocautery on residual pulpitis with high-frequency electrotome. Methods 180 patients with residual pulpitis were randomly divided into 2 groups with 90 in each .The experiment group used highfrequency electrotome to inactivate residual pulp in the root canal after which a new resinifying therapy was performed. The control group was treated with the standard treatment. Results The experiment group was completely successfully in 92.2% of the cases moderately successful was 7.78% in the cases and unsuccessful was zero . The control group was completely successfully in 64.4% of the cases moderately successful was 24.4% of the cases and unsuccessful was 11.1%. There was a drastic difference between the effectiveness of the two treatments. Conclusion Electrocautery with high frequency electrotome used for the residual pulpitis treatment is more effective than the standard treatment.
