摘要
目的:研究国产化注射用药用辅料油酸钠中的反式脂肪酸成分。方法:采用国产化油酸钠样品,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对反式脂肪酸成分进行鉴定,同时采用峰面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出11个色谱峰,鉴定了其中含有的2个反式脂肪酸成分,占归一化法峰面积总量的0.77%。结论:油酸钠中的反式脂肪酸成分鉴定为反式油酸钠、反式亚油酸钠,其他大部分成分为顺式不饱和脂肪酸盐及饱和脂肪酸钠。
Objective：To study the trans fatty acid composition of sodium oleate,which is a domestic pharmaceutical excipient for injection.Methods：The trans fatty acid composition of domestic sodium oleate were identified by GC-MS,and their relative amount were determined by area normalization.Results：11 kinds of substances were isolated and 2 trans fatty acids were identified representing 0.77% of the total composition.Conclusion：The trans fatty acid composition in sodium oleate were identified as sodium salt of trans oleic acid and trans linoleic acid,and other most of the composition were sodium salt of Cis-unsaturated and saturated fatty acid.
