摘要
在某船运行过程中出现电机电压不稳,经检查,发现是电机励磁绕组线圈的并头焊接出现脱焊现象。在电机不能拆出船体进行维修的情况下,火焰气焊、中频感应钎焊和电阻钎焊等多种焊接方法均因焊接设备体积大不能运进船体而不能实现线圈并头的补焊。根据现场情况,采用Sn基钎料和特制的铬铁加热,达到了Sn基钎料的钎焊温度,实现了线圈并头的焊接。
In some voyages of a warship, the output voltage of some motors is unsteady. Based on some effective inspections, it is showed that the paralleled head of the excitation windings appeared to take off the welding. As the warship hull can't be torn open for repairing these motors, the flame gas welding, the intermediate frequency induction brazing and resistance welding methods cannot be realized for the large welding equipments. According to its site condition, a Sn-based solder with special solder pen, whose temperature is reached to the Sn-based requirememt, is used to realize the coil paralleled head welding.
