为了执行国家能源及环保政策,以及由于近年来不锈钢需求量大增,铬铁炉势必需要向大型化发展,但是在已有的交流供电铬铁炉中,由于载流导体存在着电感、集肤效应、干扰效应等诸多因素,要想向大型化发展,受到了限制。如若采用直流电源,则这些问题迎刃而解。介绍直流铬铁炉的运行优势及发展趋向。
In order to carry out national energy and environmental policy as well as needing a lot of stainless steel, the submerged arc furnace making ferrochromium should be developed in large-scale, but conventional A.C. submerged arc furnaces exist the reactance, the skin effect and the interaction effect in the carrying current conductors. Therefore, in order to develop it to become large-scale, the D.C. power supply shall be chosen. The article will describe the operation advantages of D.C. submerged arc furnaces making ferrochrominm and its developmental trend.
