摘要
根据滚珠与凸轮及分度盘球窝的相对运动关系,通过对滚珠运动的分析,推导出滚珠型弧面凸轮分度机构啮合效率的理论运算方法。采用数值运算法,计算分析出重合度对啮合效率的影响,并对采用修正等速、修正梯形加速度和修正正弦加速度曲线运动规律比较,得出在整个分度周期内啮合效率的影响因素。研究工作对机构传动的设计制造具有指导意义。
According to the relative motion relationship of the steel ball, the cam and the ball socket of the index plate, the theory computing method of the meshing efficiency for the globoidal indexing cam with steel ball is deduced. By the numerical method, the effect of contact ratio to the meshing efficiency is calculated. The laws of the modified constant speed curve, the modified trapezoid acceleration curve and modified sine acceleration curve are compared, and the effect factors of the meshing efficiency during the indexing circle are obtained. The study result has guiding significance for the design of the transmission mechanism.
