摘要
依据部分膜粗糙峰接触热弹流润滑问题,基于平均流量模型的广义Reynolds方程,并综合应用牛顿顺解法和逆解法,对齿轮部分膜点接触热弹流润滑问题进行了完全数值求解,是完善齿轮润滑问题的必要条件,进一步优化了齿轮传动的设计。在工业领域发挥着不可替代的作用。
Considering the problem about partial thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of point contacts, this paper adopts the generalized Reynolds equation based on average flux model, and gains an excellent numerical solution of the partial thermal EHL problem of point contacts on gears by using Newton positive method and the inverse solution synthetically. This solution may optimize the design of gear transmission ulteriorly.
