摘要
以某企业的SAP CRM项目为背景,设计并实现了一套针对服务分包商的服务费用结算方案,并根据该企业特点,与已有的SAP ERP系统紧密集成,独创性地设计并实施了完整地从结算确认、结算申诉、结算汇总、服务采购到财务付款的服务费用结算流程,有效地提高了企业服务结算的工作效率。
base on the SAP CRM Project of an enterprise,designing and achieving a set of settlement method to service providers,and according to characteristics of the enterprise,to tightly integrate the enterprise＇s exist SAP ERP system,implement complete service billing process,from settlement confirmation,settlement appeal,settlement total,service purchase,to the financial payment,improve enterprise＇s efficiency of service settlement.
