摘要
灭菌灵消毒剂为含二氯异氰尿酸钠、三聚磷酸钠的含氯复方消毒剂。悬液定量杀菌试验表明 ,对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌用其 10 0mg/L有效氯溶液 ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞用其 10 0 0mg/L有效氯溶液 ,作用 15min的杀灭率均达 10 0 %。以其 50mg/L有效氯溶液擦实验台面后作用 10min ,对自然菌灭除率为 99 4 2 %。其 2 50mg/L有效氯溶液浸泡染HBsAg不锈钢片 2 0min ,可将HBsAg抗原性破坏。该消毒剂放置 54℃ 14d ,有效氯下降率为 4 51%。其溶液对小白鼠经口LD50 为 3 6
