摘要
含二氯二甲基乙内酰脲与表面活性剂的复方消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞有良好杀灭作用,并可使HBsAg抗原性破坏。10%小牛血清的存在,可使其杀菌效果下降;对铜、铝、碳钢有中度腐蚀;属低毒、无刺激类。其粉剂于56℃放置14天,有效氯下降率为3.32%。
he compound disinfectant consisting of dichlorodimethyl hydantoin and surfectant is a white powder containing about 24% of available chlorine. Under condition of 20~22℃, the killing rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus attained 100% after exposure to its solution containing 5 mg/L available chlorine for 5 min and 2 min respectively and that of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger also could attain 100% after exposure to its solution containing 500 mg/L available chlorine for 45 min. Its solution containing 500 mg/L available chlorine with a 15 min contact time could destroy HBsAg in suspension and its solution containing 250 mg/L available chlorine with a 45 min contact time could kill only 16.62% of spores of B. subtilis var. niger in suspension containing 10% calf serum, which was far lower than the killing rate of the spores in suspension without calf serum (99.99%). The solution of the disinfectant containing 1000 mg/L available chlorine is essentially non-corrosive to stainless steel and moderately corrosive to copper, aluminum and carbon steel. The available chlorine of powder of the disinfectant decreased by 3.32% after storing at 56℃ for 14 days. Its solution containing 500 mg/L available chlorine is inirritative to skin and eye of rabbit. Its LD50 of intragastric administration in mice was 2050 mg/kg.
