摘要
准噶尔盆地中部1区块地质结构复杂,在钻探过程中多次出现井漏、井塌和卡钻等复杂情况。在施工中采取了针对性的优快钻井技术措施:优选高效PDC钻头,优选防卡防塌钻井液体系,选用钟摆钻具配合使用偏轴接头的钻具结构。2010年施工的沙11井在借鉴成熟钻井施工经验的基础上,实施了以上针对性的技术措施,顺利完成了钻探任务。沙11井的施工实践表明准中1区块的优快钻井技术模式可行、有效。
There exists a complicated geologic structure in Block 1,central Junggar Basin.So,there often occur some problems of lost circulation,collapse and sticking during drilling.Some measures of optimized and fast drilling are adopted,including:efficient PDC bit,anti-sticking/collapse drilling-fluid system and pendulum assembly with eccentric shaft joint.In 2010,based on some experiences from construction,Sha 11 well was drilled successfully by the measures above.It indicates that the optimized and fast drilling mode of Block 1 is feasible and effective 。
