摘要
针对鄂尔多斯盆地的钻井施工难度,通过对地层岩性特点进行分析,并结合现场试验,从钻头的选型、钻井参数的优化、钻井液性能指标确定及钻具防失效的研究,开发出适合该区块地层特点的优快钻井技术。现场实施应用后,钻井速度大幅度提高,效果很好。
Abstract： For the hard to drill in Erdus Basin, we carried out the investigation on formation rock combining with on site analysis from the selection fo drilling bits, drilling parameters optimization, drilling mud performance determination and drilling tool failure. A technology of fast-and-optimization drilling is developed for this special formation. The on site use speed up the drilling rate with good efficiency.
