摘要
目的:对漆姑草提取物的体外抗肿瘤活性进行初步筛选研究。方法:首先选用3个人癌细胞株(人白血病K562细胞株、人宫颈癌Hela细胞株、人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株),采用MTT法和SRB法对漆姑草5个不同溶剂萃取部位进行抗肿瘤活性筛选,并对溶剂极性较大部位中的皂苷和多糖进行针对人白血病K562和HL-60两种细胞株的筛选研究。结果:漆姑草皂苷对人白血病细胞株K562和HL-60均显示有一定的抑制作用,多糖对人白血病K562细胞可能有弱的抑制作用。结论:漆姑草皂苷是漆姑草体外抗白血病细胞的活性部位。
Objective:To make a preliminary screening research into the antitumor activity in Vitro of the extracts from Sagina ja-ponica ( Sw. ) Ohwi. Methods:Three tumor cells(Human Leukemia Cell Lines K562, Human Cervical Cancer Cell Line and Hu-man Breast Carcinoma Cell. Line MCF-7)are choosen, and MTT and SRB are involved in the process of a screening study on antitu-mor activity of the five different extract parts. And then make a screening investigation into the saponins and polysaccharides in the majority of polarity of solvent as to Human Leukemia Cell Lines K562 and HL-60Results: saponins has an inhibiting effect on Human Leukemia Cell Lines K562 and HL-60, and polysaccharides show a weak restriction upon the Human Leukemia Cell Lines K562. Con-clllsion : saponins of Sagina japonica can cureHuman Leukemia. And the effective content needs to be further studied.
