复合材料结构导弹振动特性分析及模型修正

摘要 建立了某型导弹全结构有限元计算模型,其中包含复合材料舱段,在其上分布多处孔洞。基于地面模态实验数据对该有限元模型进行了优化,给出了该复合材料结构建模及模型修正方法,得到了较为合理的优化结果,结构各阶固有频率误差均满足工程要求。给出的优化后导弹结构振动特性分析结果将对工程实际有一定的指导意义。 An finite element method (FEM) model of a missile is constructed. Two main cabins of the missile are made of composite materials scattered with several holes. The FEM model is optimized based on the ground modal experiment of this structure. FEM modeling and optimizing methods about this composite structure are presented and an optimizing result is obtained, which will be a guide for the engi- neering section and the error of the missile natural frequencies of this structure can meet the engineering requirements.
