摘要
本文针对目前在复合材料结构设计中较少考虑的振动特性优化问题,采用减缩区间法与枚举法相结合的手段,对给定层数和角度的层压板进行了铺层顺序的优化研究,使其满足振动频率和模态阻尼的要求。通过对20层对称层板的计算可以看出,采用本文所述方法,不仅可节省大量计算时间,而且所得的频率和比阻尼容量值与实验结果具有良好的一致性,证明了该方法的可靠性。本文的研究可作为工程设计中一种有效的手段,所完成的软件具有一定的工程应用价值。
The method of reduced region is used to solve the layer sequence optimizationproblem of composite laminates that have the specified layer number and angles, to satisfythe requirements of vibration frequencies and modal damping;By means of calculation of a20-ply symmetrical composite laminate,it can be shown that using this method can not onlysave a lot of computationaI time,but also make the frequencies and modal damping capacitiescoincide well with the experimental results,and thus the reliability of this method is proved.The research in this paper can be used as an effective method in engineering design, and thesoftware is of special engineering value.
