摘要
采用Bt、氯虫苯甲酰胺、阿维菌素、毒死蜱和啶虫脒5种药剂在菜心田整地播种前进行土壤处理,观察处理田块黄曲条跳甲种群数量的变化动态。结果表明,5种供试药剂对黄曲条跳甲落卵量、幼虫和成虫数量均有一定控制作用,持效期可达20d以上。其中,Bt处理在菜心整个生长周期的落卵量和幼虫数量相对最低,每小区(20 m2)累积成虫数为54头,与CK的166.44头相比,累积虫量少67.56%。
In this paper, soil treatment with Bt, chlorantraniliprole, avermectin, chlorpyrifos and acetamiprid were carried out, and systematic study the control effect on the striped flea beetles, PhyUotreta striolata (F.). The results indicated that all insecticides could reduce the quantity of eggs, larvae and adults in fields and their effective period were longer more than 20 d. In Bt treatments, the number of eggs and larvae in soil were the least, and accumulate amount of adults in all Brassica compestris (L.) growth cycle was 54 head/ treatment, compared with 166.44 head/treatment in CK, the rate of population reduction was 67.56%.
