摘要
研究了9科20种植物提取物对黄曲条跳甲[Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius)]非选择性拒食和毒杀作用。结果表明:供试浓度为10g/L时,拒食效果最好的是断肠草(Gelsemium elegans Benth.),24h拒食率达97.96%(小枝叶)、95.68%(藤茎),其次为刺臭椿(Ailanthus vilmoriniana Dode)、博落回[Maclerya cordata(Willd.)R.Brown]和了哥王[Wikstroemia indica(L.)],24h拒食率分别为88.35%、86.90%和86.82%;两面针[Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)Dc.]和木花生(Jatropha curcas L.)毒杀效果最好,24h校正死亡率分别为87.05%和68.10%。断肠草和两面针两种植物有较高的研究价值和开发利用前景,值得深入研究。
Non-choice antifeeding and contact toxic effect of crude extracts of 20 species of plant from Guangxi were evaluated by the laboratory bioassay against Phyllotreta striolata (Fabricius).The results showed that when tested concentration reached 10g/L, the extracts from Gelsemium elegans Benth. had the most effect, antifeeding rate in 24h reached 97.96%(banches and leaves)and 95.68% (stems), which following by Ailanthus vilmoriniana Dode, Maclerya cordata (willd.) R.Brown and Wikstroemia indica(L) with antifeeding rate in 24h reached 88.35%, 86.90% and 86.82% respectively. The extracts from Zanthoxylum nitidum and Jatropha curcas L. had marked contact toxicant against the adults of Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius).When the concentration of the extracts reached 10g/L, corrected mortality in 24h reached 87.05% and 68.10% respectively. Gelsemium elegans Benth. and Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)Dc. are worth studying further and exploiting as botanical insecticides for their preferable bioactivities.
