摘要 目的探讨经上臂前侧入路闭合复位微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)技术治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法采用闭合复位经上臂前侧入路MIPPO技术治疗15例肱骨干骨折,术后观察骨折愈合时间、桡神经功能、肩和肘关节屈伸范围。结果 13例得到随访,平均随访9.5个月。切口均一期愈合。X线片复查示:13例骨折对位对线良好,无桡神经损伤表现。肩关节功能按UCLA评分:优12例,良1例。肘关节功能按Mayo评分:13例均为优。结论前侧入路MIPPO技术治疗肱骨干骨折具有创伤小、并发症少、骨折愈合率高等优点,是安全有效的方法。 Objective To discuss the method and effects of treatment of minimally invasive percutaneous plate ostosynthesis (MIPPO) through anterior approach in the treatment of humerus shaft fractures. Methods Fifteen patients with humerus shaft fractures were treated with MIPPO through anterior approach. Postoperatively, the following parameters were observed: the range of fracture healing time, radial nerve function, and the motion of shoulder and elbow joint. Results Thirteen patients were followed up for an average of 9. 5 months. Their incisions got primary healing. The fracture segments got satisfactory reduction with good apposition and alignment radiologically, and the radial nerve function recovered well. UCLA score concluded as excellent in 12 cases, and good in 1 case. Mayo score concluded as excellent in all 13 cases. Conclusion MIPPO is a safe and effective treatment for the humeral fracture with the benefits of less invasion, fewer complications and higher union rate.
