摘要
磷脂酶A2（PLA2）是超家族的酶类，胞浆型磷脂酶A2是其重要的成员之一，包括六个亚型，具有钙依赖性或非依赖性特点。活化途径完全是通过受体后信号转导机制进行，并依靠多种因素的共同调节。并有药理和抗茵作用，还与体内细胞增殖和炎症发生有关，与多种疾病的发病有联系，特别与肿瘤的发生关系密切。对胞浆型磷脂酶A2致病机制的探究，将有助于寻找新的治疗疾病的方法及临床合理用药。
Phospholipase A2 is superfamiliy enzymes. Cytosolic phospholipase A2 is one of the most important members, which is including six subtypes, and be characteristic in independce or dependence of calcium. It is activated by post-acceptor signal transduction pathway. It is concerned with pharmaco, antisepticise, proliferation, inflammation and especially tumor development. It is helpful for treat and medication to research on its mechanism.
