摘要
在知识经济的大背景下,越来越多的大学生选择了自主创业作为发展方向,这既是一条解决学生就业的出路,也是一种个人理想实现的方法。然而,大学生创业往往难以取得持续的成功,成为昙花一景。因此,研究如何通过高校学生工作队伍有效开展大学生创业教育,具有重大的意义。通过资料收集和访谈,笔者发现导致学生创业失败的原因中既有客观因素,也有主观认知偏差的问题,要改变这一局面,高校学生工作者的角色定位与传统的学生工作有所不同,既要做相关知识的教授者,又要做创业机遇的领路人。
On the background of knowledge-based economy,more and more college students choose to start their own businesses as the development direction,which is not only a way to address student employment,but also a personal ideal to achieve.However,students entrepreneurship is often difficult to achieve sustained success.Therefore,to study how college students entrepreneurship education effectively through the Students Affairs Team,is of great significance.Through data collection and interviews,the author found both objective and subjective factors and the reasons for reasons.To change this situation,the role of college student workers and students has been different,not only do the professor of the relevant knowledge,but also to do entrepreneurial opportunities.
