摘要
近年来,大学生就业难是社会一直关注的一个热点问题。面对严峻的就业形势,校园专场招聘会已成为毕业生实现就业的最主要渠道之一,也是企业吸纳人才的重要途径。本文分析了校园专场招聘会的特点和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
In recent years, the university graduates＇ employment has become a hot issue that the community concerns about. Facing up the severe employment situation, campus job fair has become one of the most important channels of graduates achieving employment and also a significant way for enterprises to absorb talent. This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the campus job fair, and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
