摘要
可雇佣性不足是大学生就业难的重要原因之一。利用可雇佣性问题的理论分析框架,探讨了大学生就业困境问题,并在分析的基础上提出了缓解就业问题的解决对策。
One of the important reasons of difficulty of employment of college students is lack of employability. By using framework of theoretical analysis of employability, the author discussed employment difficult position of college students, and put forward countermeasures to alleviate the employment problem on the basis of the analysis.
