摘要
近年来,随着国家对经济困难学生资助力度的不断加大,出现了部分经济不困难学生也得到资助经费的现象,严重偏离了国家设立经济困难学生资助经费的政策规定。以现行经济困难学生认定政策下部分学生的认定情况为切入点,结合调查问卷、访谈结果,深入探讨高等学校部分学生困难程度认定出现偏差的原因,提出相应的对策建议,以建立并逐步完善经济困难学生困难程度认定的合理机制,使资助经费真正落实到家庭经济困难学生身上,达到国家设立困难学生资助经费的目的。
Increasingly expanding financial aid for students in financial difl^cuhies in recent years made it possi- ble for some well - to - do students to be funded, seriously deviating from the state established funding policy for students in financial difficulties. Starting with the assessment of some students" financial difl3culties under current fi- nancial funding policy, combined with questionnaires, interviews, this paper deeply analyzes the cause for the devia- tion in the assessment of financial dii^culties, so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to explore to establish and gradually improve the reasonable mechanismffor assessment of financial difficulties in the hope of funding the students in financial difficulties.
