摘要
针对病房楼设备招标采购中应注意的问题,提出在考察论证、发布招标公告、制订标书、资格预审、发布招标文件、评标和签订合同等关键环节相对应的解决办法,通过对设备招标采购过程的有效控制,实现节约投资、保证质量、满足临床需要的目标。
The key links in the equipment bidding for new ward, such as the investigation and argument, releasing the an- nouncement of inviting bids, establishing the bidding document, preliminary verifying for the qualifications, releasing the tender document and signing the contracts, are introduced. The solutions for them that aim at the problems that should be noticed in the process of procurement and bidding for the ward equipment are analyzed. Controlling effectively the procure- ment and bidding for the equipment, the targets that realize the economical investment, promise the quality and satisfy clin- ical demands are discussed.
