摘要
结合轿车保安件GSA材质用于轿车转向节后臂等保安件的试验及生产实践,从低磷、硫铁液的熔制,高级别球化率的控制和薄壁铸态生产技术等三个方面进行了重点论述。对轿车保安件大量流水生产中关键工艺参数确定和工艺保证方面进行了积极的探索。
Combined with the experiments and production practice of material GSA for safety critical parts used for steering knuckles and rear bras of dragon-citroen cars, it has been discussed about three respects as producing low phosphorus and sulphur iron, high-grade nodularizing rate and the technology of producing as-cast iron castings with thin thick wall. The production of material GSA has been researched actively and effectively through determination of key parameters and guaranty of technology.
