摘要 综述了球墨铸铁凝固过程中的体积变化模式,分析认为球墨铸铁是需要外部补缩的。提出球墨铸铁的补缩应充分考虑具体铸件及实际生产条件。详细阐述不同铸型条件下,不同模数的球墨铸铁件的通用冒口、控制压力冒口及全压力冒口的选择方法。重点讨论了球墨铸铁冒口补缩中的铸件模数、凝固顺序及冒口位置、补缩通道及温度梯度、孤立热节的补缩、冶金质量及孕育处理等若干关键问题。 The volume variation mode of ductile iron during solidification was analyzed, and the result that feeding is needed for ductile iron was obtained. The casting and practical production conditions should be taken into account for ductile iron feeding. The selecting method of general riser, pressure control riser, and full pressure riser were presented, based on different mould and casting module. Some key problems were discussed, such as casting module, solidifying sequence, riser position, feeding channel, temperature gradient, feeding of isolated hot spot, metallurgy quality, inoculation, and so on.
