摘要
脂肪酶是一种主要存在于微生物、动物和植物体内的酶,在脂质代谢的过程中起重要作用,可以催化多种酯的水解,合成多种酶,还可以对外消旋混合物进行拆分。脂肪酶大部分来自于微生物,属于分泌性的胞外酶,脂肪酶也是工业用脂肪酶的最重要的来源。文章对脂肪酶在饲料工业中的应用进展作一综述。
Lipase is an enzyme which mainly existed in microorganism, animal and plant. It played an important role in the process of lipid metabolism, including hydrolysis of most lipids, the synthesis of a variety of enzymes and resolution of a racemic modification. Most of lipase came from microorganism and was extracellular enzyme. Lipase was the mainly origin of industry lipase. In this paper, studied about lipase utilized in feed industry were reviewed.
