摘要
为了探索柑橘对磷养分的吸收利用特性,为柑橘园土壤养分的诊断及施磷量的确定提供科学依据,以枳砧纽荷尔脐橙幼树为材料,采用盆栽试验研究了不同供磷水平对其磷酸酶活性和磷素吸收利用效率的影响。结果表明:在5~125 mg/kg 7个供磷水平处理中,纽荷尔脐橙幼树根系、叶片及土壤中的APase活性和根系的SAPase活性与供磷水平呈极显著负相关;在5 mg/kg供磷水平下,根系、叶片及土壤中的APase活性和根系的SAPase活性最大,整株幼树、地上部和根系对磷素的利用效率最高,但叶片表现出缺磷症状;在25 mg/kg供磷水平下,整株幼树、地上部、根系的生物量及磷素的吸收效率最高,植株生长良好,但磷素的利用效率低于供磷水平为5 mg/kg的处理;土壤的供磷水平超过65 mg/kg时,纽荷尔脐橙幼树的生长受到抑制,叶片扭曲、黄化、变小,根系、叶片及土壤的APase和根系SAPase的活性明显降低,磷素的吸收和利用效率明显减弱。因此,25~45 mg/kg的供磷水平对纽荷尔脐橙幼树的生长和磷素的吸收利用较为有利。
Abstract :The experiment of young Newhall navel orange trees grafted on Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf. in pots were conducted to study the effects of various phosphorus supply levels on the acid phosphatase (APase) activity and phosphorus absorption and utilization efficiency and to provide the scientific basis for soil nutrition diagnosis and determination of suitable phosphorus application quantity in Newhall navel or- ange garden. The results showed that the APase activity of roots, leaves and soil and SAPase activity of roots were negatively correlated to phosphorus supply levels among 7 phosphorus supply treatments range from 5 to 125 mg/kg. The APase activity of roots, leaves and soil and SAPase activity of roots were the highest and phosphorus utilization efllciency of the whole plant, above-ground part and roots was the maxi- mum under 5 mg/kg phosphorus supply level but leaves displayed the symptoms of phosphorus deficiency. The biomass and phosphorus ab- sorption efficiency of the whole plant, above-ground part and roots under 25 mg/kg phesphorus supply level reached the highest but its phes- phorus utilization efficiency was lower than that under 5 mg/kg phosphorus supply level. The growth of young Newhall navel orange trees un- der above 65 mg/kg phosphorus supply level was inhibited obviously and the APase activity of roots, leaves and soil and SAPase activity of roots, as well as phosphorus absorption and utilization efficiency were reduced significantly. In conclusion,25 -45 mg/kg phosphorus supply level is beneficial to growth and phosphorus absorption and utilization of young Newhall navel orange trees.
