摘要
片帮冒顶是制约综采工作面安全高效开采的主要因素之一。为了控制上提综采面片帮冒顶,研究了工作面片帮冒顶的机理,分析了煤壁片帮、冒顶的主要因素,包括地质构造影响、顶板破碎、邻近工作面采动影响、矿压因素等;运用FLAC3D软件,通过数值方法,分析了邻近工作面开采对上提面的影响,结果表明,由于受邻近面采动影响,工作面发生片帮冒顶的几率较大。在以上研究的基础上,提出了采用注射马丽散加固煤帮控制片帮冒顶方案。方案实施后,有效地控制了端面冒顶和大面积片帮,使该工作面转向正规循环作业。
The side and roof falling is one of the main factors restricting the safe and high efficient mining of the fully-mechanized coal face. In order to control the side and roof falling of fully mechanized face with a raise of mining upper limit, we study its mechanism and analyze the major effect factors on coal wall spalling and roof falling,including geological impact, broken roof,the mining impact of neighboring coal face, mining pressure factors, et al. Using FLAC3D software, influence of the neighboring coal face mining on the coal face with a raise of mining upper limit is analyzed through the numerical method. The results show that the spalling and roof falling occurs for the working face with a great probabilities due to the mining impact of neighboring coal face. On the basis of the above study, the control scheme of side fall roof is put forward by injecting Malisan to reinforce coal side. After the scheme is carried out, it controls effectively end-face fall and large area of rib spalling, making the coal face turn to normal working cycle.
