摘要
目的建立测定牛耳枫药材中总黄酮的含量方法。方法以芦丁为对照，显色后采用分光光度法于510nm处测定总黄酮含量。结果总黄酮在7．84-47．04μg／ml（r=0．9998）范围内线性关系良好；总黄酮的平均回收率为98．51％，RSD=2．48％。结论建立的方法可用于牛耳枫总黄酮的测定。
Objective To establish the methods for the determination of total flavonoids in Daphniphylium ealycinum. Methods The total flavonoids was determined by visable spectrophotometry with the detection wave- length of 510 nm after color development reaction, using turin as the control. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 7.84-47.04 μg/mL for total flavonoids （r=0.999 8）, and the average recovery of total flavonoids was 98.51% with RSD of 2.48%. Conclusion The method established can be used to determine the content of total flavo- noids in Daphniphylium calycinttm and to control the quality of Daphniphylium calycinum.
