摘要
2010年国家教育部、财政部进一步推进"国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划"实施工作,新增100所骨干高职院校。通过分析2010年度40所立项建设院校《建设方案》文本,显示校企合作体制机制、师资队伍、社会服务和人才培养质量等是当前高职院校普遍存在并亟待解决的四大问题。在骨干高职院校建设中,应把人才培养质量作为骨干建设的生命线,以校企合作体制机制建设为切入点,切实抓好师资队伍这一关键点和社会服务这一着力点。
In order to further promote the implementation of ＂national demonstration higher vocational schools construction plan＂, 100 newly national key higher vocational schools were approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in 2010. By analyzing the construction project of 40 national key higher vocational schools in 2010, it was found that the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, teaching staff, social services and the quality of talent cultivation are four prevalent problems to be solved urgently. Therefore, in the construction of national key higher vocational schools, the quality of talent cultivation should be considered as the lifeline; the construction of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism should be viewed as a starting point; the teaching staff cultivation and the social services should be regarded as two key points.
