摘要 利用通用有限元软件ABAQUS研究了循环温度和恒定机械荷载下螺栓法兰结构的安定性,并探讨了螺栓和法兰的材料属性对安定域的影响,得到了相应的经验设计公式。结果表明,当操作压力小于泄漏压力时,安定极限载荷与操作压力无关,但与螺栓和法兰的热膨胀系数比和弹性模量比有关,并给出了相应的经验公式。本文研究对循环温度和恒定机械载荷下螺栓法兰结构的安定性分析有一定的指导意义。 The shakedown behavior of the bolt-flange structure under cycle thermal and constant mechanical loadings was researched by finite element software ABAQUS.The effect of material properties,such as the ratio of the thermal expansion coefficient and the ratio of the Young’s modulus of the bolt and flange structure,on the shakedown limit load was widely investigated.The results show that the shakedown limit load is independent of the operating pressure when the operating pressure is less than the leakage pressure,but the thermal expansion coefficient ratio and the elastic modulus ratio of the bolt and flange have great influence on the shakedown limit load.This paper has directive significance for the shakedown design of the bolt-flange structure under cycle thermal and constant mechanical loadings.
