摘要
以ＧＢ１５０─８９《钢制压力容器》为依据，对文［１］进行了分析讨论，指出文［１］所得结论是错误的，并导出了内压圆筒容器无须进行试验压力下筒壁薄膜应力校核的有关条件。
In this paper,the conditions under which cylinder's membrance stressesneedn't be checked during pressure test were deduced according to Steel Pressure Vessel(GB150─89).
